“Pest Control Done Right”

Professional Pest Control Perth

Megatec Pest Services is a local, family-run pest management business based in Wanneroo and servicing Perth’s northern suburbs. The business is owned and operated by Jo Caetano, with Tania assisting with administration and customer communication.

Before establishing Megatec Pest Services, Jo worked in agricultural research and also owned and operated a successful family business for more than 20 years.

We are fully licensed and insured and provide residential, commercial and termite management services.

Our approach is to take the time to inspect properly, understand the source of the pest problem and tailor the treatment to the property, rather than provide a rushed, one-size-fits-all service. We believe in honest advice, clear communication, thorough workmanship and treating our customers’ properties with care.

Our slogan, “Pest Control Done Right”, reflects our focus on doing the work properly and providing long-term pest management rather than simply applying a quick treatment.

What to expect from our pest treatments?

We guarantee elimination of your pest problem and provide recommendations on how to prevent pest outbreaks in the future. The duration of protection from each pest treatment will depend on the type of service, level of pest pressure and conditions at the property. Typically duration of protection is provided on the service pages.

We provide residential and commercial services across the northern suburbs of Perth, from Subiaco in the South, to Alkimos in the North and Malaga in the East.

All our treatments are designed to be safe for use in residential and commercial situations, where people and pets will be present. We always carry out a risk assessment before applying a treatment. We review the treatment with our customers before we start, so you know what we intend to do, so you can discuss any concerns you may have.
